“Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. “In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . “This property is not set up to wow or accommodate the adult guests. Come on, one of the most important values about any stay are the beds and the linen's. The linen’s were mis matched, the towels were thin.
