“Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. ”

“Reserved this apartment for the Golden Girls Sip n Stroll being held downtown Crowley. It was perfectly located in the heart of Downtown Crowley. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very well maintained. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Crowley. ”

“In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years .
