“My wife and I were traveling back from visiting family in Pittsburgh to our home in Cape Cod. Lazy River Cottage is the mid-point. We went on VBRO to searching for a property and this one appealed to us. Wow, Wow, Wow….what a location (on the banks of the Delaware River)…it is private and tranquil. The cottage has all the modern conveniences and well appointed. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back. ”

“From August 15 to the 19, I spent the majority of the time taking care of the place than enjoying my vacation. There’s no oversight or inspection to ensure rentals have a standard to rent to others. One shower for 8 (no hot water in other), appliances broken, and property not maintained for accessibility or safety. ”

“I needed a quick get away from the city, and this retreat satisfied all the much needed relaxation. I was able to chill out with my one year old puppy and my hubbie had the pleasure of catching many trout in the stream a few feet away. All kitchen appliances were handy, it was great. “We loved the property and did not want to leave! The area that it is in was beautiful and we saw a family of deer freely walking through the woods. We did not cook but there was more than enough cookware if you plan on making a big dinner! My only complaint was bugs outside but given the location, it can't be helped so I'd recommend a citronella candle. We would definitely stay there again!”
