“We went for a 3 day weekend to run a trail race in Grayson Highlands state park. The house was a 30 minute drive from the park. Beautiful drive to the house and the park. We enjoyed resting at the house before and after our time at the park. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was lovely and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside reading.”

“Eight siblings and one teen gathered for a week to fun, relaxation and reliving old memories from childhood. We laughed at ourselves and others!On July 5 neighbors provided us with at least an hour of beautiful fireworks that we watched from the patio. We couldn’t believe what a perfect view we had. “The view, the house, the location were all spot on!!!! The house wasn't super hard to find (after we followed their directions & not gps). It had everything we needed for a quiet/peaceful quick little getaway. The beds were comfy enough for us. It was super clean too (except for the missed coffee makers, but they were easy to clean ourselves).The only tiny very minor inconveniences were the propane tank was empty (no biggie bc by the time we were cooking, it was raining anyway), the lighters……

“Our large family stayed in both sides of the cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was exactly as described and very clean on check in. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for each couple and our children loved the arcade games on the lower level which was great for them to stay in. Conveniently located for a walk to the park or downtown to shop/eat in West Jefferson.Kelly was very accommodating with a last-minute request and communicated throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again! ”
