“We and our chocolate lab stayed three nights. The hosts created such a lovely environment that we had the best time. We commented that this was the best property we have ever stayed in. The house has stunning views, comfortable beds, beautiful finishes, clean and wonderful hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, nice, clean bathrooms and hot showers and even stunning views from the fire pit area. The host had even provided wood and things for the fire! There were extra towels and linens if needed. ……

“This was perfect for myself and 2 kids. They played in and very much enjoyed the stream just below the cabin. This location was an excellent base camp- short drive to lots of mountain area fun- The cabin was secluded, very clean and easy to access. Had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended if it’s a good fit for your group.”

“This was an incredibly nice house to stay on the river. The inside of the home was spacious, comfy and very clean upon arrival. It's a very well-kept home. The hot tub was a fantastic addition since we booked the place back in January, and it was a great amenity to wind up having. We used it each night! The house is easy to get to and is in a convenient location to town. The steps, as described are indeed steep and numerous, so this wouldn't be the best option for anyone with mobility……

“I loved the place overall, I only had a few things to mention. There was no shower caddy, there was alot of poison ivy on one of the trees near the deck. There were no directions for the ice maker or directions for connecting to the TV channels. It was very convenient to downtown and parks and trails. Will stay again!”

“It was an awesome cabin in the woods. Everything was great, the beds were very comfortable. We had to walk down hill to the river which was a little steep. Overall, I’d love to stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for me because I love being in the mountains! You could sit out on the deck and watch people float down the river and just sit there and listen to the river and the mountains. “We had a great stay at this property. Came with my in-laws, my husband and my daughter to escape the heat. The drive in was beautiful, the weather was mild even in the dead of summer, and the views at the house were unbeatable. Lovely home with plenty of parking. A bit of a drive to get places, but that's part of the charm. Having a "house guide" might be helpful so that the WiFi information is immediately available, rather than having to ask for it, since cell service isn't reliable. Thankful……
