It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury! ”

“We loved this house! Perfect for our family of 4 summer time getaway. Short (minutes) drive to restaurants, hikes, Killington Mountain. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Vacasa was easily accessible and responsive via text. The house is close to a main road so there is some noise, but it didn’t bother us - the property is nicely tucked away and we use white noise for sleeping. The house was stocked with fun games for the kids, and the hot tub/fireplace/deck was were we spent most of……

“Laurel was an excellent host, responded to all my inquiries quickly and with much appreciated wit! The place was clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The house, as the pictures show, is right on the lake in a lovely quiet setting. Like a dream come true. Highly recommend!”

Location was great, we rented a boat from a nearby marina and kept it at the house during our stay with use of the mooring. Would absolutely recommend and would return in the future. ”

“House is greatl, location is great. Downstairs/basement is much colder than the upstairs whenever the air conditioning is on. In addition, Vacasa runs the property and only provides a “starting supply” of certain products like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Plan to bring/purchase additional supplies.”
