“We had a great time in Bolton Landing, and this house was in a prime location. It was nice and roomy, with a lot of places for us to hang out separately and together. I only gave 4 stars because the AC was broken for part of our stay, which made for an uncomfortable first couple of nights until the temps fell. We'd love to come back! ”

“Such a nice weekend stay. We arrived late Friday night and woke up to a beautiful view of Lake Dunmore. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen had all one needed. The weather was not in our favor (rained most of the weekend) but it did not matter. It was a perfect spot for our quick weekend to Midd. ”

“House is surrounded by woods in a mountainous area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We even played horseshoes in the yard. House has everything you would need. We definitely over packed. It is about a 45 minute drive to Lake George, restaurants, and a Walmart. Highly recommend visiting Martha's ice cream. The wifi is slow...assuming due to the area. My only complaint would be the upstairs master bed. It is creaky and uncomfortable. Would love to visit again during a more peak season. ”

“First of all, the check in is easy and was very well organized. The host will send you helpful information that spells everything out. The house is plenty big enough for everyone to spread out. The mud rooom had many thoughtful touches like a heated floor and plenty of seating to take off your snow boots. The dining room had enough seats for everyone in our party with extra at the island. No eating at shifts required! The property was private & looks like it would be great for kids during the……

“Actually had more room than I thought, we could have fit another 2 people in there! Very spacious. Photos on the website are a little outdated since the TVs have been upgraded since. There were some questionable items like piles of sheets on the floor that looked like they where not cleaned or doors to the closets that where falling off. The master bed rooms remote to the tv was no where to be found so didn't get to use that. But the communication with the host was great. Our safety of making it……
