“This is an attractive and very comfortable apartment in a great location on the Main Line. It's convenient to local colleges, restaurants, and shops, and an easy trip to center city Philadelphia. The facilities are excellent and include a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommended”

“Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”

The neighborhood was not great, and unfortunately was the only bad part about this stay. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars and would definitely stay with this host again.”

“Property is very comfortable is decorated very comfortably was extremely clean. The kitchen is large and set up well there was even a Keurig machine. We didn’t have any issue with the parking We left our car on the street overnight for free There’s a long staircase going up to it, but it wasn’t A problem for us and it is on an intersection corner, but again wasn’t an issue for us 100% stay there again ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was……

“Cozy little place to stay that was fully stocked for a fair price compared to others in the area. Plenty of parking and quiet even with the tattoo shop below. The only thing that I would like to have had is a light on the front porch but I used my flashlight on my phone so it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay again.”
