“I booked for one night to celebrate a birthday. The host was so nice and very accommodating; I was allowed to decorate and check out a little late the next day! The only small issue was getting the check-in info a little late. “Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend……

“Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!”
