“Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used……

“We recently stayed at this property, and while there were positives, there were also significant issues that impacted our stay.The house is spacious, mostly comfortable, and located in a beautiful area with great mountain views. The setting is peaceful, and the property provided a relaxing atmosphere. “I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!”
