“Room was quiet and quite clean. The light switches need a good cleaning and the walls need some minor repair and fresh paint. The floors were tiled and were clean. The bathroom had recently been redone with new tiles, toilet, and sink. Front staff were very friendly. Ample parking space between cars, so no chance of getting your car dinged. Flowers planted along sidewalk keeps things pleasant looking. I like their no smoking and no guest policy - keeps things clean and quiet. Will stay……

“The renovated rooms are really quite nice. Very clean, very bright very fresh. We however chose a smoking room and didn’t find out it was Unrenovated until check in It is not nice. But it’s mostly clean. He tried to move usimmediately to a renovated non smoking room, so I don’t think he prepped this room”

“Bait and switch! I thought this was part of the Budget Inn chain so I was expecting no frills but clean. This place had no maid service. No soap. No shampoo. Blood spatter on the bathroom ceiling. Lipstick (I hope!) on the washcloth. No bed springs - just a foam mattress on a piece of plywood and hard as a rock. Noisy AC which didn't work well. Toilet barely flushed. They didn't have the room with two beds I reserved, so they gave me an extra room at no charge, and then called me after 10 pm to……

“This was a fantastic place for an overnight stay. Centrally-located for the wedding we were attending in town. Incredibly clean and all staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Really good vibes. Don't let the older facade put you off. Very newly renovated inside. Found the AC a little tough to get right but not a big deal. I'm an early riser (6 am) so would have appreciated earlier access (or in room access) to getting my tea but, again, not a huge deal.”
