“House was spotless, comfortable, in a great location - family was able to walk up to the river walk in the mornings and literal minutes from downtown for dinner / shopping. We didn’t take advantage of it, but property is across the street from an indoor pool for a rainy day activity. The driveway could he a bit tricky - we found it best to drive past, and back into; but past that zero complaints, would 100% stay again. ”

“The Rivers Edge cottage is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds very comfy and there are plenty of areas to find a comfortable spot to sit. The screened porch is very large and has plenty of comfortable chairs. There are 3 decks attached to the screened porch suitable for sunning or fishing, or just watching the river. Corann was very attentive to our needs and the communication was great. “I am in the process of moving up there and needed a place to stay while putting my stuff in storage. My new house is actually less than a mile away, and i know I will highly recommend this place as a place for my guests to stay (if they dont want to stsy with me) everything was as advertised, the layout is hard to show on pictures,but it was REALLY clean and comfortable. “An excellent property with all the amenities. The hot tub was hot and clean. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the screened porch, and you are surrounded by trees. Almost like being in a tree house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking any size meal. Large screen TV's in every room. There is also ample parking for multiple cars. Christina was very responsive and helpful. This place is definitely on my short list for Hiwassee, ”

“We had a great time here, and really enjoyed the lake and the view. We also enjoyed the paddle boards, and the plenty of board games they had. A previous review had stated something about the overall cleanliness of the place, and I was concerned. Unfortunately I would have to agree with that review, as the cleanliness of the place was subpar in my opinion. The communication with the host was great, and overall was a good trip! ”

“The kids enjoyed the loft, ages 11 and 15. We enjoyed the views and the grill. Walmart is near by. Great location. ”
