“The Inn is a timeless rustic beauty, with a wonderful view over the Connecticut River, which borders Vermont and NH. The house, built in 1881, has some of the original large plank oak flooring. “Excellent breakfast. Very pretty yard. Close to downtown Brattleboro. But limited staff on site and limited engagement with staff. Also, the house decor felt a bit more tired than quaint. Also, large edges at the beginning of the driveway that opens to a lots of traffic, need to be pruned or taken down because the inhibit seeing ongoing traffic (safety issue).”
