“This was supposed to be a two bathroom situation and upon arrival one bathroom had no water in the toilet at all and the walking machine was taped closed to not be used. “I stayed here with my daughter to visit UL campus. The proximity of the studio to the campus was within a 5-10 min walking distance depending on the campus building. Communication was great, and information was provided well before our stay. The studio, upon arrival, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. “My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. I stayed 6 days there with my Moma with no TV Moma was miserable without a TV thank GOD I had a tablet she could watch shows on this was just an all out……
