“We stayed here one night so we could go to the Sugar Cane Festival on our way home from Texas to Tennessee. This apartment was great. Really comfy and roomy for my husband, me and our dogs. Great location to walk to festival. Will stay here again if we're in the area!”

“WiFi did not work. Lights in bathroom do not workNo mirror in bathroom Ziplock bag over a broken window to front bedroom with no curtain. Someone put something in the fridge (leftovers) while we were out. Front door did not really lock. Plugs in bathroom do not work. Host did not respond the entire stay. ”

“We booked this place plus two of the other suites for my son’s wedding as the reception was a block and half up the street at the Grand Opera House. The place was perfect for what we needed. It is a very nice place, with high ceilings and an open living area. There are restaurants within walking distance. “In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years .
