The cabin is well appointed with comfortable beds, furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kids loved the swings outside, and while we were there, we saw deer, owls, and turkeys. ”

“Perfect getaway. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The house was completely stocked and clean. The river is a few steps out the door. It rained the entire time so we didnt fish much. The host susan went above and beyond. If you're looking to be off grid this is the place for you. We are already planning our next trip(we plan to stay a lot longer next time. ”

“This was a perfect house for a rustic get together with friends, and just a few minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs. Set on a wooded lot, the house was immaculate with lots of room and things to do. Including a game room, 3 tvs and plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet place to relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub, well equiped kitchen, and large screen TV in the loft. The house was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were especially nice. I……

“Thanks for removing air freshener! The good and the bad are the distance from town. Some of the quietest nights I’ve had in years. It rained most of the time so we played games. Never turned the tv on. Comfortable.”

“This cabin was perfect for our Fourth of July weekend. There’s a big pool, horseback riding, a big pond and creek for fishing and the cabin comes with a fire pit and grill. We brought our dog and cooked over the fire every night. The cabins and grounds are very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place!”

“We stayed for my 50th birthday. It was the beginning of March and weather was decent but this place offered things to do in the cold or warmth. We enjoyed the fire pit outback and used the grill for dinner one night. The creek running behind us had the kids entertained too!”
