“This is a cute little getaway that was perfect for my daughter to host her sleepover birthday party at!! The property was clean, very accurate to the description and the hosts are super sweet and helpful!! They went above and beyond the normal expectations of a rental host- I had left a small backpack at the house and communicated with them about forgetting it there and planning to pick it up. After a lot of message-tag, they ended up bringing it to me at my work!! That was so sweet of them and……

“My wife and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.Communication with the host was easy, and all information passed to us was accurate, and timely.The house is in fantastic shape, as are all the appliances and furniture. Everything worked properly and we had no issues.Everything was clean and there were no signs of any insects, which can be found in this area.It is obvious the owners take pride in keeping this property up to date, clean, and ready for whomever will be staying……

“Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. Also was quick to ask if we needed anything.House was well kept up inside with plenty of furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you can think of. Plenty of beach……

“Cozy! Alene, the property owner is very responsive as well. We had a good stay! I liked how she had several useful appliances! A good location as the beach was only 10 minutes away. I did forget to mention to her that the lock box may need replaced or new batteries. A little bit of trouble getting in a couple times. Besides that I enjoyed the home and we had a great stay!”

“Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon”

"There are cockroaches in the room! The bed sheets are stained, the bathroom has hot water but no cold water! The sanitary environment is particularly poor, and there are spider webs. There are many more that I don't want to talk about"
