“Our stay was awesome everything as pictured and loved the pool.The location is convenient to anything you need and not too far from the ocean. Thank u for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and looking forward to our next stay here.”

“Stuck down deep in the information was “Admiral’s Quarters”, this is very important. So the first night it was late I was exhausted so I got a hotel room bc I’d been on two wild goose chases. One I ended up on a donkey trail in Pine Forest and the other on Joy Street bc I hit the VRBO get directions to property. The next day I went looking for the property in a high traffic, mushed together townhouse area. Everyone’s garbage can was sitting out at the street, cars parked everywhere on the small……

“The house was plenty big enough for my large family. It had all the necessary amenities and a huge backyard for my dogs. The house is minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Destin where we rented a pontoon boat for the day. We would recommend the house to anyone. ”

“THE HOME WAS VERY NICE AND VIEW EXCEPTIONAL. THE FAN IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DID NOT WORK; BUT WE LEFT ONE FOR THE NEXT FAMILY. COFFEE POT WAS TERRIFIC, NEED A NEW TOASTER. THE NEIGHBORS AND THEIR DOG, ROSIE WERE AMAZING. OUR FAMILY ENJOYED THE AREA VERY MUCH AND APPRECIATE THE HOME AND VIEW! SEAFOOD WAS BEYOND WORDS!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very nice and clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer on site, and all utensils and necessary cookware and serveware we could have needed. We loved the short distance to the beach, and the beach was breathtaking!… as well as low-key. “This was a perfect little house for our Fall Family trip to the beach. The house is located fairly close to a beach access, and has pool access for days we didnt go to the beach. A golf cart was included which is a plus for traveling back and forth. So many supplies in the kitchen as well as beach toys. Loved the Green Egg for grilling at night. We Loved our time spent here. ”

“We only had one night but it was perfect for me, my granddaughter and her 3 kids. The two bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for the adults and the kids slept on the sofa and sofa bed very comfortably. Would have liked a later checkout but overall we had a very pleasant stayl”
