“Had a great stay. The couple of early stay questions we had were answered remarkably quickly. The place was spotless, well appointed and obviously cared for. Hated to leave.”

“Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. There is a ceiling fan in that area but there's no remote or switch. I texted Vacasa and……

“This townhouse is amazing. It is so comfortable with all the furniture selections, kitchen accessories, etc. The location backed up to the golf course makes it very quiet and a great view; We did not want to leave when our stay ended. We will be back.”

“This is a great place to stay in a gated community, close to the beach. Shanna, the owner, quickly responded to any questions I had. There’s even a shuttle that can pick you up at your property for the beach! HIGHLY recommend.”

“List of the few negative items:- Right sink in upper master suite had very slow drainage- No salt or pepper for preparing food- Shortage of blankets- Broken patio chair prior to our arrival”

“Yuriy was wonderful leading up to our stay with communication and answering questions. I will admit we were skeptical pulling into the neighborhood, as it’s not the nicest looking of places - look out for all the cats running all over near the front of the community! But this house was very sweet and exactly as it appears! It was clean, had plenty of linens, and had just about anything we needed. There is an Aldi, Target, and Walmart just 2 miles west, which was convenient for groceries. We……

“This was our 4th stay in area and this was the best location so far. The amenities of the place, like the one free ticket a day, the multiple pools, the gym, and the private beach were excellent. The house itself was very clean and kept up beautifully. We chose this place due to the ability to bring our dogs and the place did not disappoint. We will be recommending to our friends and will book again in the future. ”

“Just what we needed. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Plenty of room, dishes so we didn’t have to leave and in good proximity to Mobile and NAS Pensacola! Thanks so much for sharing your beach retreat with us!”

“House was clean and mostly updated. The pool was broken and dirty when we arrived. Guy came to fix it but just basically did a band aid and pool wasn’t ok to swim in until Thursday. The landscape was overgrown differently not what the pictures showed. But if you are there for the beach all will be good. ”
