The landing stage for the Lake Garda boat trip is directly across the street, and the buses to Riva del Garda and Verona also stop right in front of the house. Assenza offers many nice little bars and restaurants in the village and on the beach, which you can also reach on foot in just a few steps.
Apartment 3 is located on the 2st floor of the building and has a large living and dining area with kitchenette, TV and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a bed for a child. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and 2 beautiful double bedrooms with mountain view.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and modernly furnished. There is a dishwasher, Wifi and parking (for a fee) in the conventional parking lot, a few hundred meters from the apartment.
The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, as is a laundry. You will find a good restaurant/pizzeria right outside the front door and the “Barino 2.0” bar awaits you for breakfast or an aperitif right by the lake!
