Staff was nice - but not very attentive
"My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", ..."
