“服務人員態度很好，地點很好”

“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……

“Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby. The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!”

“Fully equipped studio. Clean and tidy. Spacious. Staff even helped to take luggages. Really good service. ”

“Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……

“酒店位置尚算不錯，周邊都是住宅區，沒什麼好行或食的，5分鐘內可行往地鐵站。 員工態度一般，登記入住時負責我的櫃檯員工態度欠佳。除此之外，其他都尚算不錯。”

“The location was perfect for us and our plans. It was easy to catch a Ferry or bus to wherever we wanted to go, there were a lot of different food options and shopping areas that we were able to access easily by walking. I wish the room was a little bigger. Everything and everyone at the hotel were very helpful and clean. I would stay there again.”

“I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. ”
