“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one.
We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices.
The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……
“It is very convenient to the city and airport. Walk to the Train Station just 1 mins and in front of the building has a wonderful library. You can find the Woolworth market very close to here.BTW everything is good . The front desk workers so nice for us. Love here will back again.”
“Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby.
The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!”

The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……
“Amazing stay. We booked the corner room with view at the darling harbour. It did not disappoint- amazing view and very clean room. Excellent and attentive services, makes a stark contrary to the bad experience at Pullman Quay. Love the hotel! ”
