“Loved our time in the Kanto House. Perfect location for a getaway to hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway. We saw some of Brevard’s famed white squirrels right in the neighborhood (after driving around the local college and park for an hour!) The kitchen is fully updated, and there’s a docking station for your Nintendo Switch in the living room. Loved the quirky gaming design elements throughout the house. Would gladly stay here again if I ever make it back to North Carolina/Brevard!”

“Nicely finished basement apartment, but didn't feel like a basement. Gas grill was convenient for eating in. Easy in and out, close to Brevard, DuPont, Connestee.”

“The house was plenty big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved playing in the creek below and exploring around the property! The adults loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the sound of the small waterfall. The location was excellent for visiting waterfalls and swimming holes. We came back each day and cooked dinner (the kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils!) and made a fire in the fire pit! We made many great memories for our family at this……

“We were very happy with our stay! The beds were super comfy! The amenities were fabulous. We found the walking trail by the middle school and walked to McDonalds for breakfast one morning. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again if we are ever in Brevard. ”

“Our stay here was quiet and relaxing. We were attending a wedding at Pretty Place Chapel which was very breathtaking. We also took a trip to Looking Glass Falls. It was amazing. We did have a medical issue that required to different trips to the ER. The owners were more than gracious in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond expectations to help. We are very grateful and thankful. We would recommend anyone traveling in the area to check out the cabin. Be aware that the driveway is……

“This trip was my daughter and my friend and her family. All in all we had a lovely stay. As far as home rentals go this one was exceptionally appointed with toiletries, kitchen utensils, cleaning products etc. I would say maybe add some flashlights/flameless lanterns in case the poeer goes out which did happen to us during a summer storm.The kids loved playing on the hill outside and on the bunk beds. Sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning was lovely.”

“It was so nice to be in a quiet, clean, peaceful place. The cabin is furnished with everything you need and the most comfortable king-sized bed. It was delightful sitting on the porches with only the sounds of nature. We would happily come back again.”

“The cottage was perfect for our anniversary away!! It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the many waterfalls just minutes away. We were also close enough to Chimney Rock and Bat Cave to serve with a disaster relief team. There is still much to be done.”
