“We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left”

“At first i was really happy how the lobby looked and the front desk lady was really nice. But once we enter the room it looked dirty the bathtub had hairs and it was clogged. It was disgusting. The bathroom floor was dirty like they didn’t clean it. And lets not talk about the sheets and the comforter it was yellow of how dirty it was. I could even sleep. ”

“These rooms are tiny. If you wanted to walk past the person sitting in the chair, they had to get up and push the chair under the desk. I asked for a room that sleeps 5 and got a room with 2 double beds that barely held two people. No cots, no space for an air mattress. One of my grandchildren had to sleep on the floor. When asked if they had a bigger room was told that they could give me one for a discount, even though I had already paid for the room I was in. The person on duty kept……

“It was fine….not there long enough!!! Parking at the upper left end of the lot is a little dicey. Be nice if there was room to reconfigure!!!! A rug on the cold floor would have been nice too! Always love being in Brevard so i was happy.”
