“We had eight stay at Sandy Feet rental. Our two daughter, their husbands, two grandkids and with us. We stayed at Sandy Feet rental for 5 nights and had a great time. The rental was well equipped for our family. We enjoyed the beach, swimming, using our boat on Spirit Lake, visited some family fun sites and did some major relaxing. ”

“The house and location were perfect! All of the amenities anyone would need and then some. We have 11 gals there for a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The dock and lake were beautiful! ”

“We booked online. No indication in the advertising that the building had totally deteriorated. Some effort was being done for remodel, but, the outside of the building, looked like it was abandoned. I'm talking, large strips of siding peeling off the exterior. Grass growing in the cracks of the sidewalks. The restaurant had red signs posted on the door that it was uninhabitable. The pool/sauna was in a similar state. We had no hot water in the morning. One washcloth for 2 people. The mattress……

“this place needs a major overhaul ”

“Property had bugs and was not super clean. No warm water in my room, lightbulbs missing. Staff was very nice but overall I would not stay here again”

“Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. ”
