“Check-in was great. We waited by a cozy fireplace for our room, and the check-in lady gave us a delicious s’more cookie, still warm. Beautiful room, super clean fireplace. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“The property wasn't laid out that well, but doable. The supplies (both for cleaning and cooking) were abundant. Plenty of room without crowding. The place definitely had a ski lodge feel. The Giant Steps slopes were beautiful from the large, glass front living area. The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus. Garage parking was nice. The carpet needs changing out, but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall experience was great even though the snow wasn't great for skiing.”

“When we arrived, our access codes did not work and the garage door was still broken. We also did not know there are 32 flights of stairs to go up to the entrance into Condo…no elevator… this was not indicated in the description of property. The only TV that worked was the one in living room. The “Clean Lint” light on the dryer stays on even when the lint filter is clean, which is concerning. The condo was clean except for dust on the ceiling fans and some cobwebs in the very high ceilings. It……

“The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom.”

“Property was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy getaway on a mountain with great views. My family had a great time and we will definitely be back! ”
