“Our TV didn't work and they replaced it with a new one right away. Staff was friendly and accomodating upon checking in and out. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they let us rent out a conference room to play floor hockey! ”

“Only disappointment was the pool being out if service. I was told it was removed from the amenities section of the website, but when you have stayed there before this, you don't look at the AMENITIES. Shame on Choice Hotels for not putting it in LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the home page of the Fairmont location! Front desk employee was OUTSTANDING!”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay here, everything was just as great as it looks in the pictures. Our stay was fairly short so we didn't get to make much use of the amenities, but we're already planning a return next summer to enjoy all that the property has to offer!”

“Next to the interstate. It was winter in Minnesota and it cleared of snow, easy to park and get in the building. Good breakfast, wake up call.”

“We needed an inexpensive place to stay and we got what we paid for. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was fine. Computer issues delayed our check-in and our keys. We could have used a small bar of soap with our sink. Fan in bathroom was noisy, toilet seat had gouges and water pressure was a bit much. But again, we get what we pay for. We can't remember whether or not there was morning coffee but we didn't see any. ”
