A bit sad

"We have been staying here for many years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our only dislike this time is they have started charging £5 a night for parking which would have meamt an extra £15 onto our stay. As we complained, did not see ir on our booking, Neal let us off with the fee ..."

Fantastic Hotel

"This is a lovely hotel in a rural setting but relatively close (around 10min) to the M4. Driving up the narrow lane to the hotel set the mood for me, quiet and tranquil. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and accomodating. This was a business trip and we hosted a business dinner at the restaurant. ..."
