“We have been staying here for many years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our only dislike this time is they have started charging £5 a night for parking which would have meamt an extra £15 onto our stay. As we complained, did not see ir on our booking, Neal let us off with the fee this time but in future we shame have to pay. Sadly we my be using one of the other hotels in future.”

“This is a lovely hotel in a rural setting but relatively close (around 10min) to the M4. Driving up the narrow lane to the hotel set the mood for me, quiet and tranquil. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and accomodating. This was a business trip and we hosted a business dinner at the restaurant. The service was very good as was the food. “My husband and I went for a short weekend to walk around the area….upon arrival we were greeted by Alison and made very welcome and a lovely cup of tea. “Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Lee house it’s a charming bed and breakfast. The building itself is full of character and beautifully maintained. “We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse .
