“Friendly welcoming staff, but a little stressed when there’s a function on. Bathroom fans do need updating as rather noisy or just put a humidity sensor on them so when someone uses the bathroom at 3:00am it doesn’t wake up thee rooms. ”

“A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. ”
