“lovely traditional pub, room was lovely had everything we needed, pillows were amazing, bed a little soft for my preference, bathroom clean and very nice spec. breakfast was nice, good quality produce. staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely return for another stay. ”

“A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. There were just a few things we thought to mention: 1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated. 2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on……

“It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales. I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there. Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could. The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. ”

“My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.”

“We were delighted with Nant Ddu. Hotel. Our room needed a little TLC, but the overall surroundings made up for any shortfalls. The pool andsurrounding areas we very clean and swimming was a joy. Breakfast too, was excellent. We had a delicious evening meal, but it was pricey. We really recommend Nant Ddu and hope to return one day.”

“An overnight dtay for the Hay festival. The first time i have stayed at a B&B in over 40years. OML how wonderful my stay was, fabulous hosts Fiona and James plus the gorgeous dogs'! Super room, very comfortable and everything one could wish for. Such attention to detail. The breakfast which was a 'full English' was the best breakfast i have had in a very long time, with all either home made or locally sourced. Fiona's granola with yoghurt and berries so very tasty. A beautiful home. All superb.……
