“This was a very clean, cosy, well furnished cottage (previously an apple store) in the midst of glorious countryside. It has its own private garden looking out over meadows and woodland. The kitchen was very well-equipped indeed and the only thing I could have wanted were extra tea towels as I’m a very old fashioned washer upper! I know Sarah (who was most friendly and welcoming) would have provided some more if I’d thought to ask.I would unhesitatingly recommend this lovely place, with its two……

“ Beautiful cottage set in stunning surroundings.Very cozy and has everything you need for yourself and your dog.Lovely enclosed garden and fabulous views overlooking the river and forest,there are benches to sit on outside the property and also in the shared garden area to the front with picnic tables.The bed in the main bedroom is so comfy we didnt want to get out of it. “First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. “We had a wonderful 4 days in your lovely cottage. It was very comfortable and so quiet! Everything we needed was supplied and the kitchen in particular was very well equipped. The surrounding area is beautiful and we knew we had the cottage to come back to in the evenings. The walk to the Royal Oak was just the right length with good food at the end. The TV was a bit variable but we enjoyed the DVDs instead. We couldn’t get the wi-fi to work but that may have been our lack of skill. Thank you……

“Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is……
