“Beautiful place for all our kids to stay together. Hot tub was wonderful. Not handicap accessible due to steps going into living and kitchen. Loved it! ”

“Our athletic team and coaches stayed here for the weekend to attend the Junior National Championship at the Sid Richardson Ranch. Getting into the house was easy. John was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and request. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us (as well as additional air mattresses). The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus for a group of 10. Laundry facility was on grounds plus laundry detergent. The kitchen was well equipped with many pots and……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“John was very great at communicating by text before hand with address location and entry code. He allowed us in early and to stay late if needed. The pickleball court was so fun, my kids were out playing until 10:00 each night. The amenities were great as we used the washer and dryer each day. Pretty easy location to find from the airport and easy access to Fort Worth. Great owners to work with and a clean property. Would stay again ”
