“Our group of 10 senior golfers could spread out and enjoy the rec room, living room, and cooking amenities for our annual four-day trip. We cooked breakfast each morning, golfed all day and returned after dinner to relax The hot tub and out side sitting areas saw plenty of use. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The back deck is very nice for sitting outside in the morning to enjoy coffee/tea and watch wildlife. It is conveniently located near several area attractions. We were here to hike at Shenandoah National Park (highly recommended) but on a rainy day we also……

“The location is a beautiful part of Virginia mountains on the creek. As described, this is “glamping,” so be prepared to rough it a little. I will note that there are multiple similar cabins on the property within sight and earshot of each other. Our only issue is that we seemed to have gotten a different cabin than the one pictured.”

“This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the house but first time w my family. They all had a blast. Plenty of things to entertain teenagers. Highly recommend. Only minor issue with our trip was the hot tub was not working properly but the owner was quick to respond to my inquiry and getting it serviced ”

“Host was very friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the toilet was in need of repair and properly secured to the floor. We were kept awake most of the night the second night we were there with some sort of bird practicing his mating call… very loud and constant loud squawking. There is not a lot of room and no table to eat on if it is cold as the only table is outside on the screened in porch. Also, we had no code to lock the property when we left for the day as we were just told the……

“I booked the place to give my family a place to celebrate my daughters graduation in a casual setting and not have to deal with the crowds during graduation. The place is an easy 20min drive from the school and a very comfortable layout for a group of 10 or less. I would highly recommend this rental. ”
