“The layout of the house is cozy with an open floor plan. It was perfect for us. The house might have been one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in the OBX. The house was well maintained. The dock was very nice as well. The seating was comfortable. We also enjoyed the open views on the water side.”

“This house is typical of the older properties on the island. It is comfortable, in a great location, and functional. It is not for those looking for luxury, but I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. My (78 year old) mom and I rented it for a long weekend of surf fishing together. We had a great time, and will likely book this house again for future trips.”

“We really loved this house. It offers stunning views and great amenities. It was a great time. There are some things that need to be repaired around the property such as the chairs and tables on every deck level, the chairs on the dock as well as the bench. My husband and I refused to use the stairs outside from the second to the third floor because they were rotted and unstable. The hot tub needs a new face plate to protect the filters. All mostly cosmetic issues. Everything else was perfect.”
