“I arrived somewhat late but my check in staff was helpful, cheerful and frankly, a relief after a terrible travel day. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the area quite nice (pretty flowers, etc.) and the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. Huge plus: popcorn in the lobby!!!”

“My dad was in the hospital after a heart attack and we didn’t know how long we needed to stay. The manager was phenomenal and caring. While extending our reservation she was asking how my dad was, how I was after being up for 20 hrs she could tell I was exhausted, and asked if we needed additional room items, etc…very caring and if we owned a chain of hotels I’d make her the corporate trainer for managers. She wasn’t a corporate robot and I can’t tell you how much it meant to me after being……

“We had a wonderful time at this hotel staff was extremely nice and funny. Front desk clerk name Jamal and the staff manager were excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. This will be our hotel of choice any time we visit UAB. ”
