“There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. “We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper.
