“We were drawn to this listing with nice-sized bedrooms and spacious dining room and den. The stairs up to the space were wide and easy to navigate with bags although there were more than expected.All of the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is nicely laid out and served us well. There were plenty of outlets for device charging. The zoo is a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“Rich gave us an upgrade at no additional charge due to a plumbing problem that he found prior to our arrival at the original location. The barn (upgrade) had an amazing view from the patio and we felt we were somewhere special. The barn was decorated beautifully and we could see stars through the many windows. ”

“It was a nice temporary living situation while i completed my student teaching. Very comfortable and had a good amount of space to relax. Very quiet and didnt interact with the neighbors a lot but they were nice when i saw them. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area for whatever reason ”

“My daughter and I stayed at the rental while in the area for some family get togethers. The location was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access with plenty of parking. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of plates and dishes. The second bedroom is very small. We made it work, but much better suited for a child than an adult. Mantua is a cute country town and it is just down the road.”

“Would not recommended this place. The internet only works well in the living room. The host does not let the guest control the temperature, so they had the heat blasting the whole time. The laundry is outside the unit and you have to walk outside up a staircase that was covered in ice and snow to do laundry and my husband slipped and fell down the stairs because they dont keep it de-iced. ”

“My husband and I stayed for a couple of days, and it’s such a beautiful setting! The house is super neat and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed sitting on the deck soaking in the peacefulness and watching the wildlife by the lake. Our host was wonderful, checking in to be sure we arrived safely (late check-in). The check-in and check out process was super easy and smooth. All in all, this was a terrific experience! Highly recommended this lovely property. ”
