“Very nicely renovated and decorated. Plenty of room and good location. Well kept and clean. Would definitely consider for future stay. We were there during one of the hottest weeks so it was a little warm upstairs but there were fans so we managed just fine. Quite neighborhood and neighbors were friendly!”

“Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.”

“Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention.”
