Having the separate cottage was a plus. The peaceful lakefront setting was beautiful. In my opinion the house is nicer than the pictures portray. ”

“Very relaxing weekend. House was beautiful, and well stocked for our stay. House is on a dead end drive so very limited traffic which is also great. Deep water right off the dock for fishing, landing literally down the road from house for boat. Owners very friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from living room is stunning. Will be a repeat stay for us. ”

“For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!”

“Would consider staying there again, but would first consider other alternatives. Pros - lots of room, 3 bedrooms, nice back porch, nice kitchen. Cons - showers bad, no pressure, hot water barely warm, towels well used, living room large, but only 2 chairs, no couch for family viewing of tv, little amenities like facial tissues would have been nice. Also on a noisy street at night, and a long walk > 1 mile to town square, which is center of the town. That last sentence summed up the biggest……
