“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

Front desk also helped me get a taxi to the Brisbane airport. This was my second time staying at this property and will return next time I am in the Brendale area.”

“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. “Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. The only problem is that the cylinder is keep leaking water and there is no ventilation fan, the hotel should have a renovation.”
