“We stayed here during week 11 of the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. It’s about 25 minutes away but it is an easy drive and the peaceful, quiet, country setting was amazing. Check in was seemless and the house was as picturesd”

“Place is just wonderful. Rustic and cozy. Pups loved it. There was nothing missing to make the place feel like home. For walkers the home is right next to a dirt State Forestry Road. It is drivable as we used it to cut across to the neighboring town (grew up here and know the area well) and the Finger Lakes Trails. Far enough away to be alone but close to creature comforts. ”

“We stayed here and it was a true paradise, very quiet and very very pretty. The cottage is on a really nice bend in the river, you can sit on the front porch and just watch it go by. The place is newly updated, very clean and presentable. We would stay here again. Also, check out Animal Adventure Park 5 min away.”

“A wonderful stay in very pleasant accommodations. Beds were comfortable, amenities are great!. We had a question about the tv, called the host and he was quick to reply with helpful suggestions A beautiful setting, in a quaint town, but you felt like you were in the woods. Highly recommend!”

“My frail, elderly aunt and I very much enjoy our stay at this lovely house. It is very comfortable, super clean, and the land is full of many species of birds, butterflies, and insects. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching bald eagles, turkeys, blue headed vireos, dragonflies, woodpeckers, catbirds and many more species using the fields, forest, and pond.
