“The home was in a good location and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the storage key”

“What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! The beds were comfy and the backyard had enough room to play and a comfy sitting area with a fire pit. The instruction booklet spelled out all the necessary information and gave us……

“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

“My friend and I were excited to get away during the New years week. We got everything from warm mid 40s to 6 inches of snow and low 20s. We were looking for a cozy cabin with a fireplace/stove and some outdoors for our dog. This was exactly what we wanted. I was able to do some excellent trout fishing nearby and some great hikes on DEC trails in State Forests, which were right up the road.
