“Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. “Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. I wish they had a mirror in the one bedroom since we were sharing a……

“We were informed that the 2nd and 3rd floors are in the process of being renovated and the 1st floor will turn into a spa once the 2nd and 3rd are complete. With that being said theres a decent amount of noticeable things you wouldnt see in a standard rental however you have to keep in mind the rental is transitioning in the future to a spa.The rental had temporary heat options which did a good job at heating the facility however we didnt feel comfortable leaving the main heat source (gas……
