“The home was very nice and clean. The location was as described. The property was very overpriced though. I felt a bit price gauged. ”

I Highly recommend finding the house in the daylight. Charlene was sweet enough to leave us Staples in the refrigerator and muffins and fruit for our arrival. I highly recommend this home ”

“Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. ”

“We choose this home as a base to State College for my sons' graduation. The home is impeccably clean, updated and well decorated. The home features many little extra touches, obviously well thought out. It's at the end of a nice quiet neighborhood which backs woods. We were greeted by 8 deer one morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. ”
