“I did not enjoy my stay at this property. As mentioned by others, the walls and doors had badly chipped paint, mismatched and cutoff doors, holes that had been drilled and then painted over but not filled. The windows, flooring and heat registers were not clean and the downstairs is extremely dark due to the proximity of the houses on either side. I agree with the other reviewer that the back deck does not feel solid and you could see visible dry rot on the outside window frame as you approach……

“We liked this place so much we’ve already decided to come back. Gorgeous open space LR/DR/Kitchen with a wall of windows onto the lake. Nice deck, a little stretch of beach, and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Kayaks in the garage, PennYan just minutes away (a cute town with lots to offer). The place has a cozy feel to it. It might be a bit noisy during the season, neighbors are quite close.”

“We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house.
