“Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.”

Our only suggestion is to be very specific in your listing about the number and steepness of the stairs down to the beach and fire pit. One of our party temporarily has reduced mobility and felt the stairs were too challenging. ”
