“The house was clean and comfortable, but smelled of pets. The A/C was great and kept the house cold even when we were in/out of the front door. The porch area was great and could easily accommodate 10 guest or large get together, but we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work.The washing machine was out of service and we weren’t told that, so it put us in a bind not being able to wash clothes/towels. “The house was clean and looked to have many fixtures and such recently updated. My son did notice that the shower in the hall bathroom leaked water from one corner when used. The kitchen was reasonably stocked but if you plan on cooking, I would advise to bring your own pans, foil, etc. There were plenty of plates and silverware. There is no dishwasher, which was not an issue for us, but we did have to buy some dish soap. Only 2 dish towels were provided as well. I would also recommend bringing……

“Spent our spring break at the property with friends and family. Ages ranging from 8 yrs old to 80. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting.
