“It was a wonderful and beautiful home! We had a simple wedding reception under the garage. Thank you jill for accepting us into your home. The guys wanted to mow the lawn just for fun lol. This is definitely a lovely place to rent for a short or long stay. Everything 10 out of 10! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic, just right for 5 couples. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, black out shades were nice. mattresses were deluxe. The whole house was beautifully decorated, and furnished with very nice pieces. The covered porch and fire pit, were both exceptional experiences for our group. “Foreboding drive to property, but ……upon arrival it is like nirvana! What a joy for our five couples to each have a private bath and a half- bath for visitors. The game room …..forget about it! Bring food to cook in a fabulous kitchen which has everything you may need and I mean everything. Ice machine made plenty for our stay. Bring wine for the wine fridge even. This place has it all. ”

“Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). “Unfortunately we happened to stay when there was a wind storm in the county so we lost power, water and heat for the night. We texted the host to check on candles and/or flashlights but were told to “just use our phones”. (Not really an option when you’ve been traveling all day and phones are almost dead). The cottage is very rustic and not quite as comfortable as the pictures make it out to be. The bed is extremely firm so be aware if you have bad hips or back. There’s also glade plug ins in……
