“Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. ”

“We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together.”

“Our family stayed over for a Georgetown graduation. It is a nice cozy 3 bedroom house as listed that’s near Georgetown University, and is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. ”

“The house had enough rooms and bathrooms for 15 people so it was great benefit for us since it saved us lot of time in the morning and we could get out before time for activities. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. The property manager responded really quick with any queries we had.”

“This basement apartment was clean, bright, and peaceful. The perfect stay while we were moving our daughter to the area. The space had everything you needed and the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will be back!”

“I had to give this place five stars even though the description said full kitchen, which we were expecting to use, but it ended up not having a stove or oven, only a microwave. For most people that may be all that’s needed, and, if, so, everything else was ideal. I do think the listing description should be changed, however!”
